Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PWV

The PowerShares Dynamic Large Cap Value Portfolio ETF (PWV) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 3.0 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 128,000.  Shares of PWV were up about 0.7% on the day.
